	The APSI Index The African Private Education Investment Index (“APSI Index”) is a unique index created to assess the environment for private investment in the education markets of thirty-five African nations. The primary aims of the index are to assess and analyze growth potential in each country based on the existence of favorable conditions in several key categories spanning forty-six economic and social indicators.
